We are an independent consultancy, working with well-known organisations across the UK and Europe to help them to deliver improved levels of business performance through their people.
Our consulting team is an established and growing group of individuals all of whom have previous experience in HR, psychology or line management. The technical breadth and depth of our team is genuinely impressive and the internal climate is focused on continuous learning and development.
Recent clients include Toyota GB/Europe, Anglian Water Group plc, Robson Rhodes, Department of Work & Pensions, Astra Zeneca, Alliance Pharmacy, Miss Sixty, Alpha Airports Group, Lloyds TSB, Barclaycard and T-Mobile.
We care passionately about the quality of what we do. We are ISO9001 accredited and also registered as a consulting practice with the Institute of Management Consultants. We satisfaction survey all our clients at the end of each project and publish a regular summary. Very few clients use us only once; most have been working with us for several years.
We employ around 20 professionals across our three businesses. We also draw upon the support of another 20 or so freelance associates – particularly for large-scale assessment, training or data gathering work. Many of our associates have been working with us for some years – but we do review our associate base regularly, in order to identify new talent.
