Normative data
cdaq is a normative instrument and has norm groups available for the following occupational groups:
- General population
- Manager
- Automotive industry
- Graduate
- Professional services
- Manufacturing industry
Reliability
Reliability is concerned with the extent to which differences in measurement are a result of true differences between people rather than measurement error. Reliability testing measures how stable a tool is over different times and situations, and also how internally consistent each dimension is. The following data demonstrates the internal consistency for each of the eleven dimensions. The data is based on completed cdaq questionnaires from 420 adult UK employees, representing the UK general population. For each dimension the table describes:
- The reliability co-efficient
- The mean and standard deviation
- The standard Error of Measurement (SEM)
Validity
Validity refers to an instruments ability to measure the constructs that it was designed to measure. We regularly undertake studies to assess the ongoing reliability of our products and to help clients understand specific assessment issues within their own business environment.
