Toni is a learning and development specialist who designs learning solutions that are practical, engaging and results focused.
She has been in learning and development roles for 10 years, principally focused on leadership and coaching. She is interested in how organisations develop their leadership cultures to enable them to better serve their customers.
Most recent projects have included a programme on organisational ‘mind-set’ change and the development of a very creative approach to learning at the point of need.
Toni has a degree in Business Management as well as a University qualification in Psychology.
Paul is a trainer and facilitator with experience across a range of sectors, including automotive, financial services, engineering, food manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.
He has delivered training in customer service, sales, sales management, general management and leadership skills for a range of clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota Motor Europe and Schneider Electric.
Most recent projects have involved delivering training in the Middle East, the Far East and North America and a Train the Trainer programme for a major manufacturer at their European Headquarters in Brussels.
Paul has a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, an NLP qualification and a coaching qualification.
Stuart specialises in graphic, web and spatial design, and leads cda’s work on the design of blended learning solutions.
He is responsible for the design and ‘look and feel’ of cda learning assets, which are developed using a range of tools including the Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning packages such as Articulate Storyline.
He has a BA(Hons) in Interior Design and holds certificates of training in Articulate Storyline, Mohive and Adobe InDesign.
Richard is a business psychologist who specialises in supporting and improving performance through the development of individuals and teams.
He has extensive experience of management and leadership development, performance management, selection and assessment and customer service development.
He has also been involved in the development and deployment of assessment centres and the delivery of leadership development programmes.
He is a lecturer in Psychology for the Open University.
Emily is responsible for providing administrative support to cda’s Project Coordinators and Consultants to ensure projects are delivered to time, quality and cost standards.
She assists with the production of course materials and arranges travel, accommodation and meeting rooms for Consultants. Emily also collates feedback data from course participants to produce training course evaluation reports.
Emily has a degree in Television and Film Set Design.
Andrew specialises in planning and delivering programmes of qualitative and quantitative customer research.
Andrew is very experienced in all aspects of market research from developing survey methodologies through to running focus groups and accompanied customer visits.
He has carried out research to understand the customer service provided by our clients. For example, leading to the development of a new Retail Concept for Toyota. More recently his research in Land Rover retailers led to the formulation of their ‘Customer First’ programme.
Andrew has also supported cda projects in the telecommunications, hospitality and travel industries.
Steve is a business consultant, trainer, facilitator, and automotive specialist who combines operational experience with training design and delivery skills.
During his career he has held roles as Sales Executive, Sales Manager and General Manager in premium branded automotive Retailers. He also has more than 20 years’ experience of Consulting.
Steve has designed and delivered training for BMW, Lexus and Porsche as well as other non-motor industry premium brands such as Poggenpohl Kitchens and Technogym.
He has also supported the design and delivery of programmes for Jaguar Land Rover Functional Managers, Heads of Business and Field Sales Teams. In addition he has acted as a Subject Matter Expert to advise our clients on used car strategy, premium used car programmes and the supporting training.
Steve has delivered training in North America, Europe, China, Brazil, India, Russia, South Africa and the Middle East.
Paul has a long and successful track record of training delivery in the automotive sector. His focus is mainly on management and sales team development.
During his career he has held senior positions in motor dealerships, including those of Sales Manager, and Dealer Principal.
As a Consultant he has worked on the delivery of new product launches, induction and brand programmes and has developed and delivered sales training programmes.
Caroline is cda’s Managing Director. She specialises in advising organisations on strategies which will drive business performance through their people.
Before founding cda in 1993, Caroline worked as a management Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and led PWC’s private sector organisational development team in the North of England.
Since 1993 she has shaped and led major change projects for organisations including Allied Domecq, Barclaycard, Alpha Airports Group, Alliance Unichem, Lloyds TSB, T-Mobile, Heineken, the Cooperative Group, Grant Thornton, Arla, Microsoft, Astra Zeneca, Toyota and Jaguar Land Rover.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and also holds qualifications in Accountancy, Organisational Psychology, NLP, and psychometrics.
Tony is cda’s Design Director. His role is to ensure that Learning and Development solutions are developed to meet cda clients’ needs and provide the optimal mix of creativity, challenge, blend and pragmatism.
Tony joined cda from IBM where he held a variety of roles culminating in a position as UK Head of Sales for IBM Global Services.
Since 1996 Tony has led the development and delivery of successful programmes for Toyota GB, Toyota Motor Europe, Jaguar Land Rover, GNER, Welcome Break, Yahoo!, Northern Foods, Cooperative Bank and Schneider Electric. He has delivered training to delegates in the Middle East, Europe, South America, North America, Scandinavia, the Baltics, Russia and India.
He has a degree in Physics and holds qualifications in Marketing and Accountancy. He is also qualified in psychometrics and NLP.
Neal is a learning and development specialist with particular experience of developing programmes for customer service and call centre teams across a number of business sectors.
Prior to joining cda he worked for Lloyds TSB where he developed sales and service training for branch sales and call centre teams. He also took a lead role in the development of training materials to support the integration of Lloyds TSB and HBoS.
Since joining cda he has led work to develop training for Jaguar Land Rover’s Customer Relationship Centres and Roadside Assistance teams around the world. He has also led work to develop and deliver training for Toyota call centre teams in the UK.
Neal has a degree in French and a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
Charlie is an experienced Occupational Psychologist, with over 15 years post-Chartership experience in assessment, development, and coaching.
He has designed and delivered a wide range of assessment, personal development and coaching programmes and is experienced in working with both public and private sectors, as well as in commercial consultancy.
Charlie has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He holds a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership, an ILM Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and a City and Guilds Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training. He holds an EFPA Europsy Registered European Certificate in Psychology and is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric tests.
Rebecca manages the translation of learning and development materials into the languages required by our global clients.
Her role is to project manage a complex translation process which involves understanding customer and market requirements and liaising with market reviewers and translation agencies to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
She produces management information for each project which records project status against agreed delivery dates, target milestones, identified issues, risks and assumptions.
Rebecca holds an HND in Business Management and is qualified to use Microsoft Project.
Louise is our Project Accountant. She manages cda’s project costing and reporting processes to provide timely and accurate data for our clients and our management team.
Prior to joining cda, Louise worked in a variety of commercial accounting roles in a variety of sectors including Financial Services.
She is CIMA qualified and is also holds a qualification from the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Emma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a particular interest in assessment and coaching.
A recent assignment involved designing on the job assessment and assessment centres for Jaguar Land Rover Experience Instructors. She has also developed assessment centres for Jaguar Land Rover Field Teams, Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers and Sales Executives.
Emma holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring. She is also qualified to use a range of ability and personality tests, including OPQ,15FQ, Hogan and NEO.
Stephanie is cda’s Financial Accountant. She leads the day to day financial management of the business, including cash flow management and the production of our quarterly and annual accounts.
She has worked in a variety of different sectors, including food production, financial services and property. She also has a strong background in agriculture.
Stephanie is CIMA qualified, has a Hons degree in Food Marketing Sciences and holds a marketing diploma from the institute of Marketing.
Caroline is an experienced trainer and facilitator who has delivered training and development across a range of sectors, including automotive.
She leads the delivery of cda’s ‘Taking the Lead’ Programme for Toyota GB and has also run a series of workshops for Toyota staff aimed at helping them to get the most out of the TGB Development Guide. She has also delivered training for Jaguar and Land Rover Experience teams. Other projects have included delivering coaching skills training for T-Mobile and microlearning workshops for BT.
Caroline holds a degree in French and Business, a Certificate in Personnel Management and is qualified to use a range of psychometric tests.
Stephanie is a Project Coordinator. She works with cda’s Consultants to produce high quality training materials, working to tight deadlines.
Her role includes project managing the production of learning and development materials to ensure key deadlines are met. She also manages a range of supporting development activities, such as 360 feedback programmes and the submission of development plans by course delegates.
Stephanie is trained to use a variety of packages including Articulate Storyline, Advanced PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.
John has extensive experience of providing training and consulting within the automotive Aftersales environment.
His experience includes the design and delivery of training and coaching programmes for a variety of Aftersales roles. He has worked on the delivery of the cda programmes for Jaguar Land Rover Heads of Business, Field Teams and After Sales departmental heads. He has also provided input into the development of cda training for service teams and specialises in performance improvement methodology linking the theory to practical implementation.
John has worked with many automotive brands world-wide including Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin and Lexus.
Prior to his work in the automotive sector John trained as an accountant.
Abby is a Project Coordinator in cda’s Project Administration Team. She works with Consultants to produce high quality training materials for our clients.
She supports materials production across international markets and acts as a point of expertise for training departments and other agencies who may have queries about the materials and their use.
Abby has a degree in Photography and is trained to use a variety of packages including Adobe InDesign.
Nick is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a strong background in the automotive sector.
He has worked for manufacturers including Honda, Fiat and Alpha Romeo in Fleet Management and Sales Operations and for Retailers as an After Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Dealer Principal. He has an extensive understanding of Retailer operations and has worked to improve Sales and Aftersales performance for a number of manufacturers including Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Renault and VAG.
He has delivered consultancy and training in North and South America, the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Nick is a CIPD Accredited Coach, an ICF Accredited Coach and Facilitator and an NLP Master Practitioner. He is also qualified to use a range of psychometric tests including OPQ and FIRO B.
Jonathan has an impressive track record as a coach and facilitator of management and leadership development programmes.
Starting his career in the banking sector, Jonathan has extended his experience into high street retail, manufacturing, and central government.
He works at all levels of seniority, and has a particularly strong record as an executive coach.
Jonathan is qualified to use a variety of psychological tools including MBTI, SDI, PRISM, and TMI.
Simon is an experienced trainer, Consultant and coach.
His areas of expertise include channel and distributor management, selling skills and negotiation skills. Simon has also delivered training for managers and leaders.
Simon holds a degree in Psychology. He is qualified as a MBTI practitioner and uses a range of psychological and behavioural profiling instruments.
Simon also holds a Masters Degree in Marketing.
Danny is a experienced writer and designer with skills in learning and development, and internal communications.
With British Gas he developed regulatory compliance and customer service training. He also delivered a targeted suite of internal communications to support the launch of The O2 Arena.
With cda he has developed blended learning solutions including e-Guides and eLearning covering a diverse range of topics from interpersonal skills to key business processes.
Degree in English and Media followed later by a HNC in Interactive Media Design as part of his continuing professional development.
Alan is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a strong background in the automotive sector.
Starting his career as a technical apprentice he went to hold technical, After Sales, and Sales field roles with a motor manufacturer. He worked successfully as a Sales Manager in a number of large franchised Retailers before becoming a trainer and Consultant.
Alan works in both Sales and After Sales to help Retailers improve their operational performance. He has developed and delivered a number of leadership programmes for automotive manufacturers and with cda has been involved in a number of large customer service programmes, including Toyota GB Retail Concept.
Most recently for cda Alan has delivered a series of programmes to support the development of consultancy skills in field teams.
He has delivered training in Australia, North America and Europe.
Matthew leads one of cda’s training design teams. He joined cda with experience at EWS where he was Management Development Manager, and Marks and Spencer, where he was a Divisional Training Manager.
With cda he has developed a wide range of sales, customer service and management/leadership programmes for Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota GB, Toyota Motor Europe, BT and a number of public sector organisations. He has extensive experience of designing blended solutions, which include workshops, microlearning, job aids, mobile learning apps, self-study modules and content for web based learning and development portals.
Matthew has a degree in Biology, a Diploma in Business Coaching and is qualified to use a range of psychometrics including MBTI.
Alan has an extensive track record in the automotive industry.
He has in total 42 years of automotive experience, starting his career as a motor vehicle apprentice. He has experience in sales of cars, trucks, and motorcycles, and had a period as a specialist in Contract Hire and leasing for VW UK.
Alan’s training and consultancy work has included work for Nissan and Honda in the UK, although for the last 3 years he has been working in France teaching French sales executives how to deal with English expats.
Alan also has a great track record working with the After Sales teams of Mercedes Benz dealers in the UK.
David is knowledgeable in all aspects of planning, shooting, post-production and distribution of film and audio.
He has developed video material for cda clients both on location and in studio shoots. Whilst most of the work commissioned by cda has been to support training programmes, David has wide experience of corporate videos, in house communications, commercials, broadcast television programmes, radio and audio programmes.
David also provides a translation service for video and related media for some of our clients.
Emma is a Translation Administrator who works on a variety of cda’s translation projects.
She liaises with Consultants, translation agencies and markets to progress translation projects to agreed timeframes.
Her role includes preparing assets for translation, managing the market review process and quality checking translated assets.
She has a degree in Surface Pattern Design.
David has an impressive track record in the development and delivery of training programmes.
He is a used-car specialist who has worked with cda to develop the content for a portal based set of operational and learning assets which are to support a Global network of car Retailers. The project was commissioned by Jaguar Land Rover and involved David working with a partner organisation who were providing the technical platform for the content.
Jan is cda’s Project Administration Manager. She manages cda’s Project Administration Team to ensure that materials are produced to time and quality standards.
She also project manages the delivery of training programmes by coordinating individual trainers, facilities, materials and logistics to ensure each programme is delivered smoothly.
Jan is currently coordinating the roll out of the Jaguar Land Rover Head of Business Foundation Programme. Earlier in her career she project managed the roll out of the training associated with Toyota GB’s ‘Retail Concept’ change programme to 220 UK Retailers.
Jan has a degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Project Management.
Stacie is a Translation Project Co-ordinator, working with a variety of learning assets, including eLearning, Personal Study Modules, classroom and video assets.
Her role involves progressing all aspects of translation projects, with a keen focus on quality to deliver tasks to strict deadlines. Stacie liaises closely with translation agencies, tackling translation queries. She also liaises with global markets, supporting them to review translated material.
Stacie has a degree in English Literature and is a Prince2 Practitioner.
Marnie is cda’s Business Development Director. She is responsible for delivering cda’s Business Development Plan.
She has extensive B2B sales and sales management experience, gained in US and UK roles with multinational companies.
Since 1998, Marnie has worked with a number of organisations to help them maintain customer focus during organic growth, or to focus on their people through a merger or acquisition.
Most recently she led the provision of consultancy services for a not-for-profit learning and development benchmarking organisation.
Marnie has a MBA in Management and a BA in Administration. She is a Prince2 Practitioner and an Associate member of the CIPD.
