cda is an independent, specialist management consultancy firm. Our focus is on designing and delivering large-scale organisational development and change programmes to deliver improved business performance.

The business was established in 1993 by Caroline Dunk following several years as a management consultant specialising in organisation development and change with a major consulting firm.  In 1997 she was joined by her husband Tony, who had until then been working as a senior manager in an international services business.

Our team is now around 40-strong and includes expertise in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Learning Technology, Human Resources and Occupational Psychology.

We work for clients across a wide range of sectors including Retail, Professional Services, Communications, Information Technology, FMCG, and Financial Services. Although we focus mainly on the private sector, we have also delivered successful organisational development in Higher Education, Health and Social Housing.

Right from the beginning, we made the decision to invest in a sizeable employed team. Our freelancers are an important part of our team, but every project is shaped and managed by a member of our employed team in line with the cda approach to consulting. We believe that this is the best way to guarantee quality for our clients.
