Implementing new team structures

We worked with the Co-operative Group (CWS) to design and implement a programme of change aimed at delivering improved team performance in two key parts of the business.

We developed a new organisation structure for a newly merged part of the business, with supporting role profiles, competencies and job grading processes. We subsequently delivered similar support for the creation of a new Shared Service Centre, working alongside another consultancy that was responsible for configuring and installing the Centre’s IT systems.
