The Leadership Challenge

As Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) moves through a period of rapid change in a challenging marketplace. The #LEADTHEFUTURE programme is developing the leadership capability of Heads of Business around the world to respond to this environment.

The programme starts by developing self-awareness using tools such as 360 feedback, psychometrics and an assessed case study, with 1:1 support from an experienced facilitator. Delegates then complete a bespoke mix of modules on leading Retailer operations. The final part of the Programme develops the skills required to lead transformation and change, covering topics such as personal brand, Multipliers, storytelling, innovation, engagement and trust.

Throughout the Programme delegates interact with and utilise a sophisticated blend of materials, delivered in Classroom and virtually. A dedicated Portal, which is used globally, provides access to the learning material for delegates and facilitators and supports ongoing, self-directed learning as well as being a useful way to track, measure and report on progress.
