Developing Schneider’s managers and leaders
We have been working with Schneider Electric since 2010 to provide management and leadership programmes for first line, middle and senior managers.
The ‘First Time Manager’ programme for new managers is CMI accredited. This is a blended programme covering topics such as the role of the manager, developing strong working relationships, managing performance and coaching.
The ‘Front Line Manager’ programme is aimed at middle managers. It covers themes such as communicating for leadership success, employee engagement, leading high performance teams, coaching for peak performance, emotional intelligence and driving change.
The ‘Leading through engagement’ programme is aimed at more senior leaders, and uses FIRO-B and Situational Leadership to develop self-awareness and flexibility of leadership style.
