Delivering innovative learning
We developed and delivered a blended, experiential learning event for Toyota Motor Europe aimed at launching a new approach to enhancing the customer experience.
The objective of the workshops was to allow delegates to experience key elements of the new Retailer environment and learn about new tools and technologies. The events were delivered in a special training area which included ‘mock ups’ of key elements of the new showroom environment. Delegates viewed workshop materials, made notes and accessed supporting materials using iPads.
After the workshops delegates implemented Rapid Market Actions, to pilot the new experience in selected markets across Europe.
