Data Protection and Privacy

Use of any information provided is controlled by the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Controller is Caroline Dunk. Data supplied may be used by cda for marketing purposes and will not be transferred to any third party. Any data protection enquiries should be addressed to Caroline Dunk at cda.

cda will take all necessary steps to ensure that personal data held by the company about its employees, customers, suppliers and all other individuals is processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with the Act.

A measure of our commitment to quality principles is our compliance to ISO 9001 : 2015 standard and the subsequent retention of our registration.

Information Security Standards

We are committed to protecting personal information and have technical and organisational measures in place to do this. Currently we do not use a secure transmission method for visitors to send us personal data. All information is restricted to our offices and our business partners who are bound by a Confidentiality Agreement. We have implemented security policies and rules and all our employees and those with access to this data are required to abide by these. These policies protect the data we hold from:
