Managing complex succession data and reporting

Succession Planning is a key priority for many organisations. However, if you are planning succession into more than a dozen or so roles, it can become very difficult to manage data and reporting.

The cda Succession Planner captures and manages data on successors to key roles and provides a range of useful reporting. As well as managing information on the names of short and medium term successors, the tool also allows the production of key analytics such as bench strength, flight risk, gender profile and age/service mix.

The cda Succession Planner is typically made available as part of a project to develop a succession planning process. Once set up, it can be handed over to your business for ongoing updating by trained administrators.
